About the role

Responsible to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide respiratory therapy expertise for a defined microsystem. Lead quality care initiatives to improve patient outcomes and patient safety. Collaborate in staff and patient education activities.

Requirements

• A degree from an accredited CoARC respiratory therapist program, with 3‑5 years of experience in a specialized area of respiratory therapy such as adult or neonatal critical care.
• RRT credential.
• Currently licensed to practice as a respiratory therapist by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine.
• ACCS or NPS credential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (preferred).

Skills

• Excellent collaboration and consultation skills required.
• Must be familiar with process redesign.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
