About the role
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist who can work with sales management to meet the clinical needs of healthcare providers and patients. This role involves providing case coverage, educating customers about our products, and collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales management to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
- Inform customers on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments in the industry.
- Identify and establish productive working relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and their staff.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
- Oversee local education and training activities, including coordinating and facilitating staff education.
- Support monitoring of product inventory levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors of Arts or Science, Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant) preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years directly related experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the Cardiovascular space.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong clinical orientation, analytical with financial acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of MS office systems.
