About the role

The Neuromodulation business of Abbott includes implantable devices designed to help people manage chronic pain and movement disorders. This opportunity involves providing technical clinical expertise and support to sales teams, focusing on Chronic Pain Therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance, primarily supporting 1-2 Territory Managers.
• Assist Territory Managers with after-hours call support and activities.
• Build trust and relationships with customers, fostering high trust relationships.
• Conduct PCP work and educational services, as directed.
• Contact, visit, and engage clients and potential clients to discuss Company products and address their questions and concerns.
• Support medical professionals with sales support, information, and training on Abbott products.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers.
• Identify customer training and in-service needs and work towards increasing customer understanding of Abbott Chronic Pain Therapies product line.
• Comply with FDA regulations and other regulatory requirements, Company policies, and task assignments.
• Communicate with customers at various levels and in different settings, including the operating room and outside of it.
• Engage in selling conversations as needed and as directed by Territory Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 1-2 years’ work experience, with strong preference for experience collaborating with patients in a clinical setting.
• The ability to communicate, understand, and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Strong clinical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
