About the role
The Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies role involves providing technical, clinical, and product support for neuroscience, spinal, and cranial technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support on-site installations
- Assist with procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software
- Deliver customer training
- Build strong customer relationships
- Support service contracts
- Serve as a clinical resource for surgeons and hospital staff
- Participate in training
- Collaborate with sales teams
- Support new product deployment
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 4‑8 years of clinical, medical sales, or imaging experience
- Preferred certifications such as RT or MRI
- Prior image‑guided system exposure
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Extended periods of standing or sitting
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within the territory
- Capacity to work independently
