About the role

The Clinical Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in introducing, growing, and maintaining Motus Nova's business. This is a remote role in the sense that you are not expected to work in the office, but this truly more of a hybrid role where you working in the field and from home. This role is ideal for highly motivated PTs and OTs who enjoy relationship-building, education, autonomy, and developing meaningful partnerships within the neuro rehab community. This includes planning and conducting demonstrations for Health Care Providers (HCPs), other key personnel, and institutions responsible for prescribing and delivering Motus Nova's innovative therapies to appropriate patients. Additionally, the role involves making sales calls to patients and their care partners.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of sales demos to HCPs, and encourage the prescribing of Motus Nova's portfolio of products for appropriate patients.
  • Execution of sales calls to patients and carepartners and when indicated, assist with the introduction and onboarding of Motus Nova's portfolio of products.
  • Demonstrated comfort and success with remote/virtual selling.
  • Meet all annual sales objectives for Motus Nova's portfolio of products.
  • Establish positive and productive relationships among patients and carepartners, and HCPs.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement a strategic business plan.
  • Conduct activity in full adherence to Motus Nova's policies.
  • Manage all sales-related administrative duties, including but not limited to call plan development, routing, expense reporting, and resources.
  • Represent Motus Nova at conferences and meetings as requested.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a level of expertise in use of Motus Nova's portfolio of products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Licensed Occupational (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
  • Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) acceptable.
  • Minimum 3 years required experience as a licensed therapist.
  • Neuro rehab experience desired.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships with patients, carepartners, and HCPs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and adapt to a fast-changing environment with ease.
  • Possess a dedication to teamwork and commitment to excellence.
  • Possess a talent for quickly mastering technology.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, startup environment and being part of a high energy team.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

  • Competitive compensation package ($70,000 - $200,000 per year).
