Clinical Specialist

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical providers at implementation sites
• Support states in implementing culturally relevant, evidence-based services
• Collaborate with the Safe Babies team to provide technical assistance
• Develop IECMH and SUD professional development resources
• Conduct in-person site visits as assigned
• Provide ongoing reflective consultation for coordinators and stakeholders
• Track and monitor promising policies related to IECMH and child welfare

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in services for young children and families
• Proficiency in IECMH and SUD evidence-based interventions
• Experience supporting relational health for children 0-5 and their families
• Knowledge of trauma effects in IECMH, including historical trauma
• Familiarity with child welfare systems and dependency court processes
• Effective training and group facilitation skills aligned with adult learning principles
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Pay

$110,000 – $120,000 annually
