Clinical Social Worker (Seeking LCSW) - Full Time Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing California Licensure as an LCSW to provide telehealth and face-to-face mental health services. This role offers a hybrid work model, competitive pay, and comprehensive support, including supervision, billing, and marketing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, diagnose, and deliver therapy to diverse clients, including couples and children
• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development

Requirements

• Provisional licensure in California and graduation from an approved program
• Experience in counseling, with a focus on depression and anxiety
• Ability to independently conduct assessments under supervision (preferred)
• Strong character traits such as integrity, openness, and dedication to quality care
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office
