About the role
Provides social work services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning.

Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in any of the following, acute care hospital setting, behavioral health, and/or substance use treatment.
- Adult experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work.
