Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the Role

Thriveworks is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Work confidently with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Contribute positively to a clinical community and team environment.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.

Compensation

Up to $112,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
