Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the role

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lakewood, OH. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work independently and be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Ohio—LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Pay

Up to $100,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
