About the role

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical skills labs and simulations in conjunction with the health sciences and nursing departments. Responsible for the set-up, operation, maintenance, and repair of lab and simulation equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical skills labs and simulations in collaboration with health sciences and nursing departments.
  • Operate, maintain, and repair lab and simulation equipment.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience:
    • Associate’s degree and one year of related experience
    • High school diploma or GED and three years of related experience
  • Knowledge:
    • Medical simulation software and applications
    • Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
  • Skills:
    • Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness
    • Effective communication verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers
  • Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
    • Regular physical attendance required
    • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida
    • Licensed as a Paramedic in the State of Florida

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
    • Experience in a clinical setting

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness

Pay

The minimum base pay for this position starts at $25.81 hourly; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate's education and experience.

Schedule

This position is open until filled with a first initial review date of April 16, 2026.
