Clinical Scientist Associate Director - Early Development Inflammation

Responsibilities

• Support setup and execution of early-phase clinical trials focusing on data quality
• Author clinical protocols and regulatory documents for consistency
• Implement data management plans and oversee data review
• Analyze and present clinical trial data for decision-making
• Manage collaborators and Clinical Research Organizations for project completion
• Anticipate and manage issues within cross-functional teams
• Translate clinical strategy into study documents with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 3 years, or Master's with 5 years, or Bachelor's with 7 years, or Associate's with 12 years, or High school/GED with 14 years of clinical development experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical settings, especially in early or late-phase clinical development
• Strong skills in communication and presentation of scientific concepts and clinical data
• Proficiency in clinical trial design and compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards
• Familiarity with data management and clinical data analysis tools like Spotfire
• Experience with regulatory documents and health authority interactions
• Participation in scientific publications or data presentations

Pay

$192,597 – $260,572 annually
