Responsibilities
- Providing personalized clinical education, troubleshooting, and support via phone and email
- Addressing medical events, onboarding, and product use concerns
- Proactive relationship management
- Educating customers on therapy benefits
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure patient success and product innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience managing insulin pump patients
- Current certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist or equivalent
- Self‑motivated, flexible, capable of working independently in a remote setting, with occasional travel
