Clinical Resources Manager Physician Practice
Position Overview
Under the direction of the VP of Physician Practices and Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Resource Manager of Physician Practice, works collaboratively with operational leadership to build and foster supportive relationships with clinical staff, develop and conduct education, facilitate clinical performance improvement, and improve regulatory compliance. With a focus on quality and safety, the Clinical Resource Manager will collaborate closely with other UHS departments to maintain the standards of joint commission, NYS DOH, CMS, and other regulatory agencies.

Compensation Range
$49.24 - $73.86 per hour, depending on experience
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's in related discipline Nursing or health related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare setting to include background in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and performance/quality improvement
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and NYS DOH standard/regulations
Preferred
- Prior experience in related discipline of care (outpatient care)
- Licenses/Certifications: Current New York State license as a Registered Nurse, CPR within 3 months of hire
- Professional certification in a related specialty
