Responsibilities
- Educates patients, families, and nursing staff on patient-related needs and educational requirements.
- Collaborates with nursing staff and physicians to address patient-related problems and implement solutions.
- Proposes and implements changes to improve nursing care standards and introduce new nursing practices.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program, BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in New York State.
- Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
