Clinical Resource Coordinator MHB

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, families, and nursing staff on patient-related needs and educational requirements.
• Collaborates with nursing staff and physicians to address patient-related problems and implement solutions.
• Proposes and implements changes to improve nursing care standards and introduce new nursing practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program, BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in New York State.
• Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
