Clinical Resource Coordinator MHB

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with nursing staff in the planning and delivery of patient care to age and need specific patient populations.
• Evaluates and provides for the educational needs of the patient, family and nursing staff.
• Consults with nursing staff and physicians on patient related problems, providing recommendations and assisting in their resolution.
• Proposes changes on standards to evaluate nursing care effectiveness and introduces innovative nursing practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program, BSN MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in New York State.
• Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
