Clinical Research Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Scientist to lead and co-lead clinical trials within the Medical department of a biopharmaceutical organization focused on antibody therapeutics. Responsibilities Include Leading or co-leading clinical trials for assigned compoundsDeveloping clinical development plans and strategies in collaboration with the Medical DirectorPreparing clinical and regulatory documents such as protocols, safety updates, and registration dossiersLeading medical data review plans and conducting ongoing efficacy and safety assessmentsCoordinating internal and external committee meetings, including dose escalation, DMC, and safety committees Qualifications And Skills PhD, PharmD, MS, or equivalent in medical, biological, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fieldsAt least 6 years of clinical research experience with 3+ years in drug developmentOncology or hematology drug development experience preferredExperience working in project-oriented, matrixed teamsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and written skillsWillingness to travel as needed Compensation: $144,160–$216,240 base
