Clinical Research Nurse / Paramedic (Multiple Shifts) - Early Phase Clinical Trials

Join a dynamic clinical research team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Paramedic supporting early phase trials. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality participant care and monitoring well-being.Administering investigational medications and performing study procedures.Collecting biological samples, documenting adverse events, and ensuring protocol compliance.Responding to emergencies and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications And Skills Required Associate’s or BSN degree with current licensure and certifications (CPR/AED/ACLS).Paramedic, EMT, LVN, or LPN certification with 2–3 years of relevant experience.Phlebotomy experience and a passion for learning.Adaptability to structured rotating or night shifts. Key Duties Include Delivering clinical care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Performing procedures like ECGs, telemetry, venipuncture, and sample processing.Collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotech partners during early-stage studies.Maintaining safety, protocol adherence, and data accuracy.
