About the role
As one of the largest Clinical Research Organizations in the world, we have four Early Phase Clinical Research Units in the UK and US. We are currently seeking RNs and LPNs to interact directly with our healthy volunteer participants while learning to read clinical research protocols and enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- You will utilize your skills, knowledge, and clinical judgement to provide a high standard of care in clinical research.
- Accurately perform blood pressure, venipuncture, weights, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature readings.
- Prepare and accurately record ECGs/Holters.
- Collect and process biological samples as specified in the protocol and ensure the proper distribution of those samples.
- Maintain meal compliance by research participants.
- Assist in the preparation of rooms and medical equipment.
- Aid in screening procedures as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- RN or LPN degree.
- Must be licensed to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of Wisconsin.
- 0 – 1 year of related experience.

- Fast-paced environment where no deviations from the study protocol are allowed.
- Teamwork and people skills essential for the study to run smoothly.
- Technology-based environment with data collected directly into an electronic system.
