Clinical Research Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across clinics.
• Achieve close adherence to clinical trial protocols during patient visits.
• Execute patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities with strong focus and follow-through.
• Guide patients through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits.
• Enter clinical and visit data into required systems and documentation platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately.
• Provide amazing customer service to sponsors and clients when they are onsite at our clinic and ensure clear, constant communication when they are off-site.
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies.
• Maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates.
• Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and keeping daily operations on track.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (VN) license; medical assistants with an active RMA, CMA, or CCMA certificate may also be considered.
• Experience performing intramuscular (IM) injections in a high-volume environment (vaccine clinics, urgent care, or primary care clinics are a great fit).
