Clinical Research Nurse's Main Objective Overall, the Clinical Research Nurse is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our clinics, ensuring: Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinicPatient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocolsPatient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities are executed with strong focus and follow-throughPatients are guided through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visitsClinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platformsIntramuscular (IM) injections are completed safely and accuratelyEnsuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off siteServe as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studiesHelp maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updatesWork proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track Skills needed to win: Required: 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment.Required: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (VN) license; medical assistants with an active RMA, CMA, or CCMA certificate will also be considered.Required: Experience performing intramuscular (IM) injections in a high-volume environment (vaccine clinics, urgent care, or primary care clinics are a great fit!)Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.This is an onsite Monday-Friday positionCoffee drinkers preferred.
