Clinical Research Manager (CRM) - Infectious Disease/Vaccine (REMOTE)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned protocols between Country Operations and Clinical Trials Team
• Proactively manage project planning and execution for assigned studies from feasibility to close-out
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards for clinical trial performance
• Conduct quality control visits and identify training needs to support local study teams
• Create and execute local risk management plans for assigned studies
• Foster collaboration with functional vendors, investigators, and stakeholders
• Support local and regional strategy development in alignment with organizational needs

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of clinical research experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulatory compliance and local regulations
• Proven project management skills; certification or relevant training beneficial
• Experience as a key liaison between Country Operations and Clinical Trial Teams
• Proficient in written and verbal English and local language
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
