Clinical Research Coordinator (Part-time or Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outreach to prospective CPHP partner organizations using approved messaging and recruitment materials.
  • Manage the partner recruitment pipeline from first contact through engagement, documenting touchpoints and next steps.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate partner Engagement Meetings (virtual and/or in-person), including logistics, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Support completion of CPHP Participation Agreements by providing instructions, coordinating routing/collection, and tracking status.
  • Identify and coordinate Key Informant Interview (KII) participants with partner organizations; schedule and confirm KIIs and manage rescheduling as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute pre-meeting/interview information (purpose, expectations, time estimates, and logistics) to participants.
  • Document outreach activities and outcomes in CPHP tracking systems, including LACRM, REDCap, SharePoint, and Excel, ensuring records are accurate and current.
  • Maintain working relationships with Regional Health Connectors and contracted community support organizations.
  • Respond to routine partner questions and route complex issues to appropriate CPHP staff for resolution.
  • Provide regular recruitment/pipeline status updates to CPHP leadership and flag barriers or stalled contacts for timely follow-up.
  • Cook up and coordinate logistics for community events as needed to support recruitment and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. One (1) year clinical research or related experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field. Two (2) years of clinical research or related experience. Experience in outreach, community engagement, partnership development, or program coordination (healthcare, education/training, workforce development, or community-based settings preferred). Experience using tracking tools and shared platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, shared drives/databases) to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
