About the role
This position involves collecting data, designing data collection methods for clinical trials, and ensuring that all documentation is correctly compiled and submitted to regulatory bodies for review and approval. Responsibilities
- Collects and reviews data for clinical trials research
- Designs data collection methods for clinical trials
- Ensures correct compilation of study documentation for submission to regulatory bodies
- Supports clinical trials activities and research lab operations
- Develops educational materials for research staff and participants
- Contributes to proposal drafting for large-scale contracts
- Supports the development and justification of project budgets
- Provides subject-matter advice for clinical trials applications
- Contributes to the development and implementation of quality control and assurance measures
- Ensures the timely and accurate documentation of all research activities
- Leads clinical research activities such as reviewing, designing, and collecting clinical trials data
- Facilitates research compliance by providing subject-matter advice and developing corrective action plans
- Maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders and contractors
- Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete documentation of all research activities
- Monitors and audits clinical trials across sites
Requirements
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Public Health, Health Care Administration, or related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in clinical research or a directly related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in clinical research or a directly related field
- Preferred qualifications include certification as a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or similar professional designation
Qualifications
