About the role
The Clinical Research Coordinator IV position within the Bone Marrow Transplantation program is responsible for managing clinical trials and research studies. This includes coordinating patient recruitment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing study operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate clinical trials and research studies related to bone marrow transplantation.
- Ensure all activities comply with federal regulations and institutional guidelines.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of ongoing clinical trials and research studies.
- Collaborate with medical staff, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Prepare and submit required documents and reports to regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical research or related field.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Current certification in Clinical Research Professional (CRP) or equivalent.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (EDC).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
