About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator III will provide support to the Training & Onboarding team within the Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for new employees and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees and volunteers.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of training materials.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training resources and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to enhance training outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, education).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or training.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with training and development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical research and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
