About the role
The Clinical Research Coordinator III will provide support to the Training & Onboarding team within the Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for new employees and volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees and volunteers.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of training materials.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training resources and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to enhance training outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, education).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or training.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with training and development methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical research and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
