UT Southwestern Medical Center · Dallas, TX · 1 mo ago

We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN?" then "Job Summary", "Benefits", "Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION", "Preferred Licenses and Certifications", "Job Duties", "SECURITY AND EEO STATEMENT". We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove security and EEO statement? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should drop the SECURITY AND EEO STATEMENT section entirely. Also drop "WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN?" maybe treat as About the role? Actually "WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN?" is a section describing the organization; we could map to "About the role"? But the instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN? (organization description) -> could be "About the role" or maybe "About UT Southwestern". But heading list includes About the role. We'll use

About the role

and put that paragraph. - Job Summary: description of role -> could be part of About the role or maybe Responsibilities? Actually Job Summary is a brief description; we could include under About the role as prose. - Benefits: we have a Benefits section with list; we should create

Benefits

and
  • items. - Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: this is Requirements/Qualifications. Could be

    Requirements

    or

    Qualifications

. We'll choose Requirements. - Preferred Licenses and Certifications: could be Skills or Qualifications. We'll put under

    Skills

maybe. - Job Duties: Responsibilities. So

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for each duty. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Pay/Schedule sections because not specified. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from those sections. We need to remove duplicated lines, boilerplate. Also remove "Job ID / requisition numbers as headings". Not present. We need to drop security and EEO statement. Also drop "Primary Location Texas-Dallas-5323 Harry Hines Blvd Work Locations 5323 Harry Hines Blvd Job Research & Laboratory Organization 371014 - SCC-Clinical Research Office Schedule Full-time Shift Day Job Job Type Standard Job Posting Sep 18, 2026, 7:42:27 PM". That's metadata; we should drop it (maybe fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it). The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop that metadata entirely. Now we need to extract content. Let's parse the posting: WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN? We need to format Benefits as list items. The benefits text is a bit run-on: "PPO medical plan, available day one at no cost for full-time employee-only coverage100% coverage for preventive healthcare-no copayPaid Time Off, available day oneRetirement Programs through the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS)Paid Parental Leave BenefitWellness programsTuition ReimbursementPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Qualified EmployerLearn more about these and other UTSW employee benefits!" We need to split into items: PPO medical plan, available day one at no cost for full-time employee-only coverage; 100% coverage for preventive healthcare-no copay; Paid Time Off, available day one; Retirement Programs through the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS); Paid Parental Leave Benefit; Wellness programs; Tuition Reimbursement; Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Qualified Employer. Also maybe "Learn more..." is not a benefit; we can drop that as boilerplate? It's part of benefits section but it's a call to action; maybe we can keep as prose? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The "Learn more about these and other UTSW employee benefits!" is not a benefit but a link; could be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO; it's a call to action. Might be considered application instruction? Not exactly. Safer to keep it as a sentence after list? But we are to use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can keep the benefits list as

        • items, and the "Learn more..." as a

after the list. Now Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: we need to format as list? It's not a list but we can put as

with details. Could also split into Education and Experience as

          • . The instruction: Use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should treat requirements as list. So we can make
              • Education: Bachelor's Degree in medical or science related field
              • Experience: 2 years clinical research experience. May consider additional years of experience or advanced degree in lieu of education or experience, respectively.
              • Preferred Licenses and Certifications: also list:
                • BLS (Basic Life Support) may be required based on research study protocols or affiliate location requirements.
                • CPR AED may be required based on research study protocols or affiliate location requirements.
                • ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.
                • Job Duties: many items; we should make
                  • for each duty. The duties are separated by periods. We need to split them into separate list items. Ensure we preserve all details. Let's extract each duty sentence: 1. Directly interacts with clinical research participants, as required, for the research study (non-clinical and clinical procedures). 2. Interacts via telephone, telehealth or in-person. 3. Coordinates regulatory documentation for research studies that includes maintaining information to comply with industry standards, University policies, FDA requirements or other hospital policies. 4.
