Evaluating and Tracking

  • Evaluating and tracking the eligibility of all patients seen in the clinic, EMR reports, or community engagement events

Project Responsibilities

  • Interacting with all levels of staff and external contacts
  • Organizing and communicating with research managers and PIs for data collection needs

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow-through
  • Effective time management and workload prioritization
  • Discretion and adherence to confidentiality guidelines
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree preferred OR 2-5 years' experience

Special Intermittent Project Responsibilities

  • Occasional responsibilities may include IRB and regulatory submissions and maintenance of regulatory files
