About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator II is responsible for the conduct of research protocols under the supervision of the Site Director, ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical research in accordance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines. This role manages study conduct from planning through study closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Pharmaceutical Sponsor/Industry-initiated FDA studies to conduct the study with excellent quality
  • Manage all aspects of a study, including:
    • Participating in the informed consent process
    • Coordinating and performing all visit study procedures per the protocol
    • Entering data and resolving queries
    • Investigational Product management
    • Managing all study-related supplies and equipment
    • Hosting monitoring visits
    • Attending Investigator Meetings
  • Provide the highest level of care for study patients and deliver excellent customer service to Pharmaceutical clients
  • Assist with lab draws, processing, and shipping

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum three plus (3+) years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator required
  • Medical assistant or phlebotomist certification required
  • Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication, punctuality, and responsibility
  • Extremely well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and mature demeanor
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and grow with the company

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 per year

Schedule

  • Monday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
