Clinical Research Coordinator I / Heart Institute

Schedule: Monday-Friday Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Clinical Research Coordinator I assists principal investigators or other study team members with research studies and assists with subject recruitment, data collection, scheduling of study-related activities and follow-up with enrolled subjects. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year experience in clinical trial coordination or computerized databases. Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in related scientific field preferred. Certified clinical research associate/coordinator preferred. The Clinical Research Coordinator I supports the Heart Institute by recruiting, enrolling, and coordinating patients participating in clinical research studies. The role also manages study-related regulatory activities, patient interactions, and research operations to ensure studies are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established guidelines.
