About the role

ObjectiveHealth is a clinical research company dedicated to improving patient outcomes at the point of care through the use of proprietary technology. We aim to:
  • Increase patient access to research trials within our communities
  • Provide physicians with enhanced care options for current patients
  • Deliver superior clinical research enrollment metrics to pharmaceutical sponsors

Responsibilities

  • Identify, screen, randomize, and enroll patients in clinical trials
  • Conduct clinic visits and perform direct patient care activities such as consenting patients, physical assessments, blood draws, medication administration, ECGs, etc.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, regulatory compliance, and protocol adherence
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and colleagues, and resolve issues promptly
  • Show up on time and maintain strict compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Leverage provided technologies to enhance efficiency in daily tasks

Requirements

  • Strong desire to work directly with patients
  • Certification such as an MA, phlebotomy, or similar
  • A lover of patient interaction and skilled at providing patient care
  • A team player with a bias for action and personal responsibility
  • An acute attention to detail for clean data entry, regulatory compliance, and protocol adherence
  • An expert communicator with the goal of fostering relationships with various stakeholders
  • The ability to stay focused while managing multiple protocols, responding to IRB findings, and maintaining study materials
  • A passion for contributing to the future of new therapy development in areas like Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology, and Oncology

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting IRB-approved clinical trials
  • Proficiency in direct patient care activities including consenting, physical assessments, blood draws, medication administration, and ECGs
  • An attention to detail for regulatory compliance and protocol adherence
  • Effective communication skills to foster relationships with various stakeholders
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and protocols efficiently
