Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care by collaborating with medical staff and documenting in accordance with standards and regulatory guidelines with direction from a mentor or supervisor.
  • Act as a liaison between investigators, Moffitt regulatory staff, and study sponsors.
  • Screen, enroll, and follow study subjects, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring.
  • Assist with data and source documentation and adverse experience reporting.
  • Perform diverse administrative duties requiring analysis, sound judgment, and a high level of knowledge of study protocols.
  • Work under general supervision and direction from the supervisor and Principal Investigator to implement and coordinate research, including administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration program with one year of relevant clinical, health-related, scientific, business, or research experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree with two years of relevant clinical, health-related, scientific, business, or research experience.
  • Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)/Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent preferred.

The salary range for this position represents the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions. Moffitt is committed to maintaining fair and equitable pay practices and regularly reviews compensation to ensure alignment across its workforce.
