Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the lab.
- Manage a team of researchers, providing guidance and feedback on projects.
- Develop and implement safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate research findings into practical applications.
- Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including funding agencies and academic peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management or research.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing a team of researchers.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
