Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the lab.
• Manage a team of researchers, providing guidance and feedback on projects.

• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including funding agencies and academic peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management or research.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
