About the role

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will engage with research investigators, pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, and research subjects in a dynamic, collaborative onsite environment in Dallas, TX. This is a Contract to Hire position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth running of clinical trials.
  • Perform clinic visits as per the protocol, GCP, and FDA guidelines.
  • Complete procedures such as phlebotomy.
  • Collect and enter data obtained for the trial.
  • Inform participants about study objectives.
  • Administer questionnaires.
  • Monitor research participants to ensure adherence to study rules.
  • Adhere to research regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of studies as per FDA guidelines and regulatory documentation.
  • Manage investigational medication including receiving, dispensing, storing, and accountability.
  • Liaise with laboratories to process, ship, and ensure investigators review reports.
  • Participate in subject recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure that the necessary supplies and equipment for a study are in stock and in working order.
  • Engage with subjects, understand their concerns, and manage the visit flow as indicated in the protocol.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • GCP and IATA training.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer and technical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to continually self-educate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

Qualifications

  • CCRC certification is a plus.
  • Phlebotomy skills are a plus.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
