Responsibilities
- Oversight of all research-related activities
- Screens and evaluates prospective trial patients
- Follows up with enrolled trial patients
- Corresponds and coordinates with the Institutional Review Board and trial sponsors
- Facilitates and develops relationships with Sponsors for clinical trials
- Manages and tracks compliance with Federal and institution guidelines
- Educates patients on clinical trials and obtains informed consent
- Implements new trials, collaborates with multiple MD Principal Investigators, negotiates and maintains budgets, manages audits, and ensures adherence to study protocols
- Ensures implementation of mandated visits, medicine management, and symptom tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare administration, Healthcare, Science or related field
- Three to five years of experience working directly in clinical trials involving human subjects
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- US Driver’s license required
Qualifications
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) preferred
- Certification within 6 months of hire if less than 2 years full-time clinical research experience
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt due to medical or personal reasons
Pay
Pay range: USD $57,553.60 - USD $96,761.60 /Yr.
