Clinical Research Coordinator (22.5 hours) (Dr Jimenez-Shahed's Lab) - Neurology

Responsibilities

• Counsels and educates patients and families about clinical research protocols.
• Obtains informed consent from participants.
• Screens participants for eligibility.
• Registers patients with sponsoring agencies.
• Administers questionnaires and answers telephone calls.
• Collects, analyzes, and reviews experimental data.
• Maintains source documents and subject files.
• Ensures accurate, confidential, and complete compilation of data.
• Secures and ships clinical specimens as required by the protocol.
• Affixes to regulatory agency site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred or a combination of relevant research experience and education.
• 0-2 years of research/human subjects experience.
