About the role
The Cardiovascular Clinical Research Department at Main Line Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to manage device trials and support Phase II-IV drug studies. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating clinical studies, executing study procedures, and working under physician investigator guidance.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and coordination of clinical studies
- Execution of study procedures as outlined by protocols
- Oversight of patient recruitment and enrollment
- Collaboration with senior clinical research staff and leadership
- Documentation and reporting of study progress
Requirements
- 1-2 years clinical research experience with patient contact
- Experience in healthcare/hospital setting preferred
- Proficiency in using Office365/SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with complex databases, electronic health records, and web-based data collection tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science-focused field
- CITI Program and IATA training completed within 3 months of hire
- ACRP research certification encouraged

Schedule
Shift: 8am-4:30pm, variable, Monday-Friday. Flexibility required for study coverage and responsibilities.
