Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical safety monitoring and reporting
• Manage clinical trial safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns
• Prepare and present safety updates to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or safety management experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience with electronic data capture systems
• Previous leadership roles in clinical research or safety management

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
