Analyst$28.47–$42.71/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have pay: "Hourly Pay Range $28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors." So we can include Pay section. Schedule: "Full TimeHours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules]" There's mention of full time, Monday-Friday, flexible work schedules. So schedule section can be included. Benefits: There's a Benefits section with bullet list. So include Benefits. About the role: Could be the overview paragraph after "Position Highlights". We'll create About the role section with prose summarizing role. Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" bullet list. Requirements: Possibly "What You Will Need" includes education, experience, etc. Could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Qualifications/Skills. But we can follow headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. We have Education, Experience, etc. Also "Proficient knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines", "Excellent organization, time management, problem solving and communication (both written and verbal) skills", "Ability to interact in a professional and sensitive manner with medical personnel, research subjects, research collaborators, community groups and other research staff", "Must be able to work independently or with minimal supervision, and show initiative", "Experience with EPIC and Workday preferred". Those could be Skills. Qualifications maybe combine education and experience? But we can put education and experience under Requirements, and skills under Skills. Qualifications maybe left out if not distinct. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements (education, experience). We have content for Skills (list of abilities). We may not have separate Qualifications distinct from Requirements; we could omit Qualifications section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. So we need to include all bullet points from "What You Will Do" and "What You Will Need" and Benefits list. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement etc. Must remove. We must preserve all substantive info: include overview paragraph, responsibilities bullet list, requirements bullet list (education, experience, etc), skills bullet list (maybe combine with requirements? but we separated). However we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The "What You Will Need" includes Education, Experience, etc. Also includes "Proficient knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines", "Excellent organization, time management, problem solving and communication (both written and verbal) skills", etc. Those are more skills. So we can split: Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe also "Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a research coordinator..."). Skills: the rest. But we must preserve all details; we can keep them under Requirements if we prefer fewer sections. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we have headings defined; we can still use them but we could omit Skills if we put those under Requirements. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. If we put skills under Requirements, we still have a Requirements section with content; we may not need a separate Skills section. That's okay. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we include all details. Let's extract details. About the role: The paragraph after "Position Highlights" up to before "What You Will Do". . Requirements: Education and Experience. Education bullet: "Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as biology, social, or health science or related" Experience bullet: "Minimum 2 years' experience as a research coordinator in clinical trials research (or equivalent position) required, experience with drug and or device research preferred." Also there is "Experience; Facilitating recruitment and follow up strategies with clinic personnel and operational problem solving" (looks like a bullet). Actually the text: "Experience; Facilitating recruitment and follow up strategies with clinic personnel and operational problem solving". Might be a bullet under experience. We'll include as separate bullet. Also "Proficient knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines" maybe skill but we can include under Requirements as well. But to avoid missing, we can include all bullet points from "What You Will Need" as requirements. Let's list them: - Education: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as biology, social, or health science or related - Experience:: Minimum 2 years' experience as a research coordinator in clinical trials research (or equivalent position) required, experience with drug and or device research preferred. - Experience; Facilitating recruitment and follow up strategies with clinic personnel and operational problem solving - Proficient knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines - Excellent organization, time management, problem solving and communication (both written and verbal) skills - Ability to interact in a professional and sensitive manner with medical personnel, research subjects, research collaborators, community groups and other research staff - Must be able to work independently or with minimal supervision, and show initiative - Experience with EPIC and Workday preferred We'll put each as

    • . Pay: The hourly pay range statement: "Hourly Pay Range $28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors." We'll put that in a

under Pay heading. Schedule: "Full TimeHours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules]" The text: "Position Highlights Position: Clinical Research Associate- Pediatrics /Family Medicine Location: Evanston, ILFull TimeHours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules]Required Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel". So schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, flexible work schedules. Also mention required travel? Travel could be separate but not a heading. We'll include schedule info: Full Time, Monday-Friday, flexible work schedules. Also note required travel maybe as part of schedule? Could be separate but we don't have a Travel heading. We'll include in schedule paragraph: "Full Time, Monday-Friday with flexible work schedules; candidate must be willing to travel." We'll put that in

under Schedule. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's construct. We'll start with
