Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical trials and studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical research projects
• Manage clinical trial protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials
• Prepare and present reports on clinical trial findings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research or related field
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences
• Experience in leading clinical research projects
• Expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Skills

• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
