Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new drugs
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement study protocols and procedures
- Manage and analyze data from clinical trials
- Prepare and present reports on trial results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Experience with statistical analysis software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong understanding of clinical research principles and practices
- Experience with clinical trial management systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
