Responsibilities
- Aid in the new IRB application and annual renewal process for COG, sponsored, local and other multi-institutional protocols.
- Screen and enroll patients onto clinical trials in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring protocol compliance.
- Coordinate specimen collection and transmittal in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines in clinical research.
- Monitor study patients for adverse events in collaboration with the clinical team and report as required.
- Enter data on Hematology, Oncology and Stem Cell Transplant patients on electronic data capture forms; prepare for routine data audits and maintain source documents and regulatory binders.
- Manage communications for COG, sponsored, local and multi-institutional studies via mail, phone, fax, email.
- Act as a liaison between NYMC and Westchester Medical Center regarding new study requirements.
Qualifications
- BS degree
- Critical attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Salary Range
USD $48,000.00/Yr. - USD $60,000.00/Yr.
