Clinical Research Associate

Role Overview:Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, and high-quality data collection.Conduct site visits, review study documentation, and maintain regulatory and GCP compliance.Support site performance, patient recruitment, and retention efforts.Partner with investigators, coordinators, IRBs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep studies on track.Serve as the primary study contact for assigned sites, providing training, communication, and operational support throughout the trial.
