Clinical Research Associate

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support clinical trial execution by helping ensure site compliance, accurate documentation, and consistent monitoring across study activities. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain study quality, and support timely patient accrual. It also contributes to monitoring plans, training materials, and oversight activities that help keep trials on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Provide guidance and oversight to the CRA team to ensure project adherence Conduct co-monitoring and evaluation visits as needed Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve clinical trial issues Assist in developing study-specific Monitoring Plans and training presentations Perform qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out visits, ensuring proper documentation Maintain regular contact with study sites to ensure compliance and assess patient accrual rates Facilitate adverse event reporting and ensure reconciliation of reports with source documentation Qualifications 2+ years of monitoring experience in clinical trials Bachelor's degree in Biology or Life Sciences Strong command of the local language, both written and verbal Knowledge of clinical research, ICH GCP, and local regulations Proven ability to manage priorities and solve problems effectively Benefits Collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and mentoring Exposure to diverse clinical trial projects Supportive leadership and resources for problem-solving Flexible work arrangements and travel opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
