About the role
This position is a Clinical Research Associate II specializing in Oncology monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety.
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study progress.
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality data.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing study documentation, including protocols and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
- At least 2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience, specifically in Oncology.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel (~60%).
