Clinical Research Assistant

Job Duties

• Affiliate with participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment for clinical research studies.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for study visits and follow-up appointments.
• Contact participants by phone and/or email for appointment reminders, follow-up communication, and study retention efforts.
• Support the informed consent process under investigator supervision and in accordance with study procedures.
• Maintain accurate research records, study logs, participant tracking documents, and regulatory/study-related files.
• Assist with study organization, data collection support, and general research workflow coordination.
• Communicate effectively with participants, investigators, and other study personnel regarding scheduling and study needs.
• Help ensure research activities are conducted in accordance with institutional policies, approved protocols, and study timelines.
• Perform additional research coordination and administrative tasks as needed to support study operations.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
