About the Role

The Clinical Relief Pool (CRP) is a group of professionals who provide temporary or substitute staffing to ensure immediate safety and supportive counseling in a recovery environment for persons served. Responsibilities may include case management, skills building, supportive counseling, drug and alcohol services, medication delivery, medication observation, and linkage to appointments and community resources.

Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible availability to work on short notice or during high-demand periods to fill staffing gaps due to vacations, illnesses, or other reasons.
  • Adapt to different clinical settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or other healthcare environments, while maintaining quality care.
  • Maintain clinical competency to perform duties effectively and safely across various healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care through strong teamwork and communication.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols related to patient care, documentation, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough daily documentation.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with persons served and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Human Services plus 1 year of paid relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and 3 years of paid relevant experience.
  • Act 33/34/73 clearances.
  • Pre-employment physical, TB test, and Hepatitis B vaccination.
  • Pre-employment drug screen.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle/van.

Schedule

This is a non-exempt (hourly) part-time position. Shifts fall within Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to meet consumers’ needs. Non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) may be required. Must work a minimum of 5 shifts per month.
