About the Role

As a Clinical Relations Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between Joyce University and our healthcare partners, building trusted relationships that expand access to exceptional clinical experiences while strengthening the communities we serve. You'll develop and strengthen partnerships with healthcare organizations that provide high-quality clinical experiences for our students, working closely with clinical leaders, faculty, and internal teams to ensure every partnership supports student success while advancing Joyce University's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and clinical partners throughout your assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new clinical partnerships that support student placements and university growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical partners, delivering exceptional service and timely communication.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and ensure successful clinical experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate clinical placements and support operational excellence.
  • Assist with affiliation agreements, contract renewals, and partnership documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain clinical partnership data to support accreditation, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Partner with healthcare organizations on advisory boards, community outreach, and volunteer initiatives.
  • Support expansion opportunities through new partnerships and system-wide agreements.
  • Represent Joyce University with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to student-centered excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two to three years of experience in healthcare, business development, provider relations, account management, clinical education, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% throughout the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in healthcare sales, provider relations, or healthcare business development
  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or higher education
