Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator
About the role
The RN - Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator at Benedictine uses their nursing skills to implement and audit care plans through the Triple Check process. They review cases and determine reimbursement care mix levels, assisting clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process.
Responsibilities
- Reviews cases and determines reimbursement care mix levels
- Aids clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing
- Experience in geriatric nursing
- Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, assessment, and care-planning process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Completion of an approved RN program
Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement processes

Pay
- $42.50 - $46.79 per hour
Schedule
- 3 days per week
- Part of the Nurse Leadership on-call rotation
