Clinical Rehab Supervisor, Outpatient, Baptist South

About the role

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Clinical Rehab Supervisor to their Outpatient Rehab Services Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity overseeing the Baptist South clinic providing adult outpatient Physical Therapy services.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
• Oversees daily operations of the clinic.
• Provides direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence.
• Oversee age specific competencies according to clinic population.

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 Years Clinical Patient Care Experience
• Adult Experience
• General Outpatient Rehab Experience
• Experience Collaborating with Multiple Rehab Specialties (PT, OT, SLP)
• Orthopedics and Post-Op care experience preferred

Education & Credential Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (non Nursing) Required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy Preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required (only applicable to Speech Language Pathologist)

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association Required
• Licensed Physical Therapist Required OR Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required OR Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
