Responsibilities

• Deliver medical nutrition therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Engage in patient care meetings to provide nutritional insights and updates to the healthcare team
• Develop and disseminate educational nutrition programs tailored to patient and community needs
• Handle essential documentation processes
• Adapt to additional duties in the absence of specific team members to ensure seamless departmental operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes particularly in healthcare nutrition

Requirements

• Licensed in Minnesota with the MN Board of Dietetic Practice or pending MN Dietetic license within three months of employment
• Completed an internship in a hospital offering dietetic internships approved by the American Dietetic Association or met necessary experience requirements
• Graduated from an accredited program of a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university
• Dietitian registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
